Filling out this questionnaire gives me the information necessary to research and create a proposal for your custom treats, but it doesn't automatically secure your event date in my calendar.

After submitting this questionnaire you will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 days from me (Leah) along with an invoice for a $30 deposit. Your deposit secures your date on my calendar. After making your deposit please allow 1-2 weeks before your proposal/sketches are emailed to you.
